Gradski šahovski savez Niša organizuje OPEN NIŠ 2016, 28.06. – 06. 07. 2016. Hotel “Zeleni vir“

„A“ turnir

Turnir za igrače sa rejtingom većim od 2100. Igra se po FIDE pravilima igre, kompjutersko parovanje, 9 kola. Turnir se rejtinguje kod FIDE. Tempo igre je 90min za prvih 40 poteza + 30 min do kraja partije uz bonifikaciju od 30sec počev od prvog poteza. Organizator zadržava pravo da u ovu grupu uvrsti i šahiste manjeg rejtinga.

Nagradni fond: 206 000,00 din

Redovne nagrade: 70 000,00; 45 000,00; 30 000,00; 20 000,00; 10 000,00; 7 000,00; 5 000,00 din

Specijalne nagrade:

najbolje plasirani nenagrađeni igrač sa rejtingom do 2 400 – 4 000,00din
najbolje plasirana nenagradjena šahistkinja – 4 000,00din
najbolje plasirani nenagradjeni veteran – 4 000,00din
najbolje plasirani nenagradjeni omladinac 1996. i mladji – 3 000,00din
najbolje plasirani nenagradjeni igrač sa teritorije Grada Niša ( dokaz l.k.) – 4 000,00din

Nagrade su nedeljive i jedan igrač ne može osvojiti dve novčane nagrade.

Pobednik dobija pehar, tri prvoplasirana medalje.

Upisnina:

za igrače sa rejtingom 2100 – 2399 : 2 500,00din ;
za žene,veterane i mlađe od 1996.g. : 2 000,00din
šahisti sa rejtingom preko 2400 i GM i WGM ne plaćaju upisninu
za igrače sa rejtingom manjim od 2100elo organizator zadržava pravo da dozvoli učešće na “A” turniru ali je upisnina veća za 500,00 din.

„B“ turnir

Turnir za igrače sa rejtingom 1500 – 2099. Igra se po FIDE pravilima igre, kompjutersko parovanje, 9 kola. Turnir se rejtinguje kod FIDE. Tempo igre je 90min za prvih 40 poteza + 30min do kraja partije uz bonifikaciju od 30sec počev od prvog poteza. Organizator zadržava pravo da u ovu grupu uvrsti i šahiste manjeg rejtinga.

Za učesnike „A“ turnira organizator obezbedjuje šahovske garniture i digitalne satove.

Učesnici “B” turnira su u obavezi da obezbede šahovsku garnituru i digitalni sat, osim stranih državljana i učesnika koji najkasnije dva dana pre početka turnira naglase da nemaju digitalni sat.

„C“ turnir – turnir za kadete

30.06 – 03.07.2016.

Turnir za igrače sa rejtingom manjim od 1500 elo i godište 2002. i mlađi. Igra se po FIDE pravilima igre, kompjutersko parovanje, 9 kola. Turnir se ne rejtinguje kod FIDE. Moguće je osvajanje kategorija. Tempo igre je 60min po igraču.

Nagrade:

I mesto: 5 000,00din, pehar i medalja
II mesto: 4 000,00din, medalja
III mesto: 3 000,00din, medalja
IV mesto: 2 000,00din
V mesto: 1 000,00din

U kategorijama predskolaca, kadeta do četvrtog razreda i kadeta do osmog razreda medalje (posebno za dečake i devojčice). Nagrade su nedeljive i jedan igrač ne može osvojiti dve nagrade.

Upisnina: 700,00 din

Učesnici “C” turnira su u obavezi da obezbede šahovsku garnituru i ispravan šahovski sat.

Smeštaj i ishrana: Za učesnike van Niša moguć je smeštaj u hotelu „Zeleni vir“ po ceni punog pansiona od 2 200,00din po osobi u dvokrevetnim i trokrevetnim sobama. Cena noćenja je 1000,00 din, doručka 300,00 din, ručka 400,00 din, večere 500,00 din. U slučaju hiperinflacije hotel zadržava pravo korekcije cena. ONLINE REGISTRATION

Open „A“

OPEN tournament for players rated over 2100 FIDE. The organizer has the right to include players with lower elo. The Open “A” will be played according to FIDE rules of 9 rounds of Swiss system.

The tournament will be rated with FIDE.

The time control is 90 minutes for 40 moves + 30 minutes until the end of the game + 30 seconds increment starting from move 1.

Prize fund: 206,000.00 RSD (1 EUR=120 RSD, 1 USD= 111 RSD, 1 CHF= 113,5 RSD)

For participants of the “A” tournament the organizers are providing chess sets and clocks.

Participants of the “B” tournament are obligated to provide chess sets and clocks for themselves, except for foreign contestants and players who point out that they don’t have any at least two days before the start of the tournament.

Open „C“ – cadet’s tournament

30.06 – 03.07.2016.

OPEN tournament for players rated U1500 and U14. The Open “C” will be played according to FIDE rules of 9 rounds of Swiss system.

The tournament will not be rated with FIDE. The tournament is valid for national categories.

The time control is 60 minutes per player.

Prizes:

1st place: 5 000.00 RSD , a trophy and a medal
2nd place: 4 000.00 RSD, a medal
3rd place: 3 000.00 RSD, a medal
4th place: 2 000.00 RSD
5th place: 1 000.00 RSD

In the category of preschoolers, cadets under 4th grade and cadets under 8th grade there will be medals (girls and boys separated).

Entry fee: 700.00 RSD (1 EUR=120 RSD,1USD=111 RSD,1 CHF=113,5RSD)

The participants of the Open “C” tournament are obligated to provide chess sets and chess clocks.

Entry fee: You can pay the entry fee via bank account of GŠS Niš : 105-2901-56 or on the day of the start of the tournament until 15h. Participants who apply after that deadline will be pared from the second round and the entry fee will be raised for 500.00 RSD.

Accommodation and meals: For the participants out of town accommodation is available in hotel “Zeleni vir” , the price of full board is 2 200.00 RSD per night/ per person in double and triple rooms. Price per night is 1 000.00 RSD, breakfast – 300.00 RSD, lunch – 400.00 RSD, dinner – 500.00 RSD. In the case of hyperinflation the hotel has the right to change the prices.
